When a bride counts Kate Spade and Disney as inspiration for her wedding, it's practically guaranteed to be fun. Nancy Wong (25 and a fashion and beauty blogger) and Johnny Nguyen (28 and a math professor) got engaged at Disneyland—her fiance enlisted a group of performers to set the stage for his proposal—so the couple blended subtle hints of Disney-esque romance with the cheeky femininity of Kate Spade. After a Catholic ceremony at a nearby church, the couple hosted a country club reception that fused a blush and gold color scheme and whimsical details with the club's airy, romantic setting. Lush, full arrangements of white and pink hydrangeas, garden roses and carnations combined with huge round balloons and stripe and dot accents. A menu of traditional Chinese dishes was catered by Nancy's aunt's restaurant, and in lieu of a toast, the father of the bride sang Elvis's "Can't Help Falling in Love." To end on a perfectly playful note, the couple surprised their guests with a late-night burger bar from California favorite In-N-Out. —Michelle Thomas
