A Purple and Blue Wedding at Brookside Gardens in Berthoud, Colorado

Fun in the sun is great, but it's even better when there's a wedding too. Heather Schaible (29 and a teacher) and Derek Sotiros (30 and a computer programmer) embraced the summer season and filled their day with a bold palette, tropical flowers and pom-pom centerpieces. Although the couple didn't have a theme in mind, they loved the way blue and purple (among their favorite colors) looked together. It definitely popped against the natural setting of Brookside Gardens in Berthoud, Colorado. The gorgeously manicured lawns and flowers of the garden venue set the tone, and Heather and Derek wanted their flowers to go with the beautiful space. The Fresh Flower Market arranged all the florals for the day, including the gorgeous orchid, rose and cascading ivy bridal bouquet.
