A Romantic Beach Bluff Wedding at Dos Pueblos Orchid Farm in Goleta, California

Allison Heimberg (31 and VP of operations at Oasis Collections) and Wesley McRae (36 and cofounder and CEO of Entrusters.com) met while they were both

Allison Heimberg (31 and VP of operations at Oasis Collections) and Wesley McRae (36 and cofounder and CEO of Entrusters.com) met while they were both living in Buenos Aires. “We wanted something unique and unconventional,” Allison says. The couple didn’t focus on a specific theme. Instead, they made the day about having their family and friends celebrating together. “It was unique, natural, beautiful and had the indoor-outdoor combination that we wanted,” Allison says. “We got married outside on the bluffs overlooking the ocean, and then had the party inside a beautiful glass greenhouse surrounded by massive oak trees covered in lights.” Several king protea blooms popped from the chuppah’s foliage and framed the couple against the backdrop of ocean views. Velvet tablecloths, taper candles and French country chairs added warmth to the indoor greenhouse. The bridal bouquet mixed cream garden roses, white peonies, flannel flower and astilbe with various types of eucalyptus and pepper tree. Allison donned a dress by an Israeli designer, while Wes wore cufflinks from his grandfather. Wild medleys of eucalyptus, proteas and ivory chrysanthemums accented the reception, and contemporary wicker furniture offered a lounge area. “Take moments as a couple to look out at all the important people in your life celebrating together,” Allison says. “It’s a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.”
