Ulrika Hall (28 and a sales manager at Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group) and Victor Hall (27 and an account manager at MTG radio) wanted their day to be ultra-romantic and filled with love and joy—not only that they felt for each other, but that they also felt for each guest. In the wedding programs, the couple wrote a few sentences about every single one of their guests (which was also a great conversation starter at the reception!). Wanting both of their ceremony and reception venues to complement the intimate feel of their day, they chose a gorgeous countryside Catholic church—St. Anna Church in Lyby, Sweden—because they loved the whitewashed church, historic feel and proximity to Ulrika’s family’s country home. Elisefarm in Horby, Sweden, was the perfect complement to the traditional church with a personal and historic aura too. “Since we wanted a countryside wedding, we decided to have the reception at Elisefarm Golf Course in an newly renovated old barn with nice beams and a high ceiling,” Victor says. “The surroundings were just amazing with such a beautiful nature and lake view.” One of the couple’s favorite parts was their wonderful photographer Loke Roos who beautifully captured all the details of the day. “It was like reliving the most beautiful day in our lives all over again,” Ulrika says of her wedding photos. “It was like magic. The butterflies I had during hair and makeup, the avid feeling I had while getting dressed and the indescribable longing right before we sat our feet in the church. It all came back to me. I remember a day full of laughter, friends and magical love."

Ulrika carried roses, scabiosa pods, dusty miller, queen anne’s lace and silver brunia balls in her lush bouquet. She loved how the flowers added a textured wildflower vibe, which complemented the countryside venue.
Ulrika and Victor exchanged vows in south Sweden close to Ulrika’s family’s country home. Wanting a traditional Catholic ceremony, they chose St. Anna Church in Lyby, Sweden, for their ceremony. They loved the old whitewashed church on the countryside.
Ulrika and Victor decided to get married in a traditional Catholic church on the countryside of Sweden. They loved the adorable whitewashed venue and the ornate gold and wood detailing inside.
Guests were given white doily paper cones filled with pink hydrangea petals for them to throw into the air as the newlyweds exited the church.

Ulrika wore a sheath ivory Maggie Sottero wedding dress with a deep V neckline and keyhole back. She loved the lace overlay that added a soft, romantic feel to her look. She completed the dress with a glamorous crystal belt for a little added sparkle.

The tables were decorated with pink hydrangeas and ivy garlands for a garden feel. They added candlesticks in silver candelabras for a romantic touch.
“We had a famous Dj playing that also sends music to the morning radio at the biggest station in south Sweden,” Victor says. “He was fabulous and made the old and the young hit the dance floor.”
Ulrika and Victor enjoyed a four-tiered wedding cake with each tier on a separate, stacked stand. Each layer was decorated with white fondant roses and green fondant leaves. It was topped with a strand of mini bunting.
