Emily Hinn (21 and a student) and William Hinn (23 and an event director) were dreaming of a romantic garden party with vintage details, and the charming Franciscan Gardens in San Juan Capistrano, California, brought their vision to life. "I wanted our wedding to be an expression of this style that I creatively put together," Emily says. The secluded setting, lavish courtyard and old-world character perfectly intertwined to create this desired atmosphere of bohemian-inspired elegance. "All I asked was to have a lot of greenery everywhere," Emily says of the lush floral arrangements, which also incorporated a soft palette of ivory, blush and merlot. Vows were exchanged amid a wooden arch, string lights and a stunning wall of green trees, and the garden was then transformed for the intimate outdoor reception. Airy blooms, leafy greenery and rustic farm tables effortlessly complemented the natural surroundings, while hand-selected vintage furniture, glassware and accent pieces added visual interest.
