A Romantic Summer Wedding at Nazareth Hall in Grand Rapids, Ohio

Kelsie McGreevy (24 and a photographer) and Cody Hanefeld (26 and an automotive technician) knew they wanted to get married in Grand Rapids, Ohio, where they had created so many meaningful memories during their long relationship. They envisioned a romantic setting with rustic details and an intertwined "watch our love grow" themed tree. "We chose this because we have been in love with each other since we were teenagers," Kelsie says. "Our close family and friends have watched us grow up together, and we wanted to display that." The nuptials were held at Nazareth Hall, where the couple infused the property with a soft summer palette of blush, ivory and navy. Vows were exchanged in the charming grotto surrounded by tranquil woods, and guests then headed into the two-level Ladyglen Ballroom for the dreamy reception. Airy, neutral blooms, warm candles and hanging lanterns created a romantic ambiance, while rustic accent pieces complemented the building's old-world architecture. Tying in their theme, the groom also drew a tree that guests could stamp with their thumbprints to create colorful leaves. "We wanted our wedding to be about us and how far we have come together," Kelsie says. —Samantha Meux
