A Rustic Barn Wedding at Oak Hill Farms at The Rock, Georgia

Travis Tuggle (25 and an accountant) followed Alexandria Kilgore's (23 and a dental hygienist) specific instructions and kept his proposal simple when he popped the question after three years of dating. "I had always told him not to embarrass me when he proposed so he did it very discretely while we were out to eat one afternoon," says Alexandria. Six months later, the couple exchanged vows during a rustic themed wedding at Oak Hill Farms at The Rock, Georgia. For their outdoor September nuptials, the couple decided on a soft color palette of petal pink and chocolate brown. The casual reception was held inside the barn with tables spilling onto the lawn for a low-key celebration. Mixed arrangements of roses, gerber daisies and baby's breath filled rustic mason jars and complemented the burlap accents. At the end of the evening, guests enjoyed two different cakes and were thanked with hanging bird seed hearts. "I chose our venue because it was a very quiet, spacious and rustic outdoor space that allowed a lot of room for our guests to mingle about."
