Jennifer White (24, owner of Portland Health Coaching and senior bridal consultant/marketing manager at Andrea’s Bridal) and Ethan Bravo (25, an outdoor guide for troubled youth at Summit Achievement)  met in high school and started dating right before they graduated. They had been together for about seven years (including six years of long distance) when one Saturday night after a particularly long day at work, Ethan insisted they visit Portland Observatory—a historical lighthouse turned museum—to watch the sunset. "I thought it was odd and kind of dragged my feet—I just wanted a shower!" recalls Jenn. It was there, on the top of the tower that Ethan got down on one knee and asked her to marry him. The surprises weren’t over yet! Next, Ethan whisked her away to their favorite restaurant for a surprise dinner with both of their families. The couple stumbled on Newagen Seaside Inn by accident, and it's lucky they did! The quaint island hotel was the perfect setting for their elegant coastal wedding with a rustic twist.

"My hair actually got ruined by the wind, fog and rain while we were taking photos after the ceremony," recalls Jenn. "Luckily my hair and makeup staff stayed for dinner and right before we were introduced they whipped up a whimsical effortless braided up-do to fix my ruined hair! It looked like a planned hair change but was just a serendipitous event where my team helped me roll with the punches!"
