A Rustic Fall Wedding at Holiday Inn Saint Louis West at Six Flags in Eureka, Missouri
Inspired by the autumn aura of their October wedding date, Lauren Hoffman and Josh Czerniewski chose to decorate their day with rustic fall details. They used purple as their main color and added dried wheat, wood and pumpkins throughout the decor. Lauren and Josh exchanged vows in a traditional religious ceremony at Concordia Lutheran Church in Kirkwood, Missouri. They loved the vaulted ceilings, high archways and Gothic chandeliers. Lauren chose a timeless lace mermaid-style dress with a cathedral-length veil from The Bridal Shoppe in Crystal City, Missouri. She carried a classic ivory garden rose and hydrangea bouquet wrapped with a silver cross for her religious ceremony. The bridesmaids wore purple floor-length Bill Levkoff dresses in whatever style they wanted, which helped set the color palette for the day. After the ceremony, the couple went to the Holiday Inn Saint Louis West at Six Flags in Eureka, Missouri. The classic ballroom was decorated with sheet-music-covered wooden letters, burlap bows, wooden candles and pine cones. Bouquets of dried wheat, small pumpkins and burlap-wrapped mason jars adorned the tables and brought the rustic fall theme to life. At the end of the night, Lauren and Josh served different flavors of Popcorn Papa popcorn (such as Southwest jalapeno and ranch) as the wedding favors. Yum!
