Karina Cervantes (top left) and Mónica Smyk had a destination wedding in a little town called Soller on the island of Mallorca, Spain. "The landscape of Soller is very lush and green, filled with fruit trees and olive groves," Karina says. "Mountains peek out in every direction and it made a gorgeous backdrop for our wedding." Drawing inspiration from their venue, the couple filled with their celebration with gold, emerald and pops of orange. Eucalyptus garlands and white roses also complemented the Spanish backdrop. "The flowers played an essential part in the style of the wedding. It almost seemed like an extension of our surroundings brought onto the table and ceremony," Karina says. The intimate ceremony took place in a garden, while the reception had plenty of rustic touches like a farm table, wooden chairs and greenery. The couple also included elements from their respective heritage. Karina is Mexican and Mónica is Polish, so the late-night snacks, for example, were crowd-pleasing tacos and pierogies.

Our favorite #MakeTradition Moment: "We decided to have our first dance later in the day rather than before dinner," Karina says. "We thought it would look beautiful to do it at dusk with all of our guests holding sparklers."
