Picture this: A sweet Southern wedding in front of a red barn, surrounded by green rolling hills and a tree-lined north Georgia mountain backdrop. That’s exactly what you can expect from Mountain Laurel Farms in Cleveland, Georgia, which is why Erica Radford (24 and an administrative assistant) and Jon Campbell (24 and a resident director) were so excited to get married there. “This place is amazingly beautiful on its own,” Erica says. “It was everything I could have dreamed.” Inspired by her champagne-colored wedding dress, they went with a palette of gold paired with lavender and soft greens, which they accomplished with arrangements of dried lavender, baby’s breath and eucalyptus from the Lavender Cottage and Garden. Signature Weddings by Christine & Tabitha kept everything on schedule, making sure Erica and Jon had their best day ever. Their heartfelt ceremony took place outside the barn, where they exchanged their vows underneath a wedding arch of vintage doors. The processional was Erica’s favorite moment of the day: As she walked down the aisle, Jon played guitar and performed a song he wrote just for her. “Everything else just melted away in that moment—nothing else mattered,” Erica says. (Excuse us while we grab the tissues!) Later, following a social hour of lawn games, Erica, Jon and their guests enjoyed a delicious family-style pasta dinner with their loved ones in the rustic barn, filled with vintage decor from their families that created an air of timelessness. Dessert was definitely a highlight: Their families created a seriously scrumptious pie bar, and their wedding cake by Sherry Moriarty of Cakelady & Company was gold! "My color palette was totally inspired by my wedding dress," Erica says. Lavender looked beautiful when paired with her champagne-colored dress, which inspired her choice to include dried lavender in the palette and in her bouquet, complete with a vintage brooch.
Erica and Jon's wedding party matched the lilac palette inspiration. The bridesmaids wore floor-length Victorian lilac dresses and the groomsmen wore charcoal gray vests and pants with lavender boutonnieres.
Erica's dad constructed a vintage door ceremony arch, which was decorated with a hanging vintage chandelier. Wreaths of lavender on each of the doors with eucalyptus draped across the top completed the rustic style.
Erica's long and wavy half-up bridal hairstyle allowed her to feel like her best self. She wore natural makeup with emphasis on her eyes and a romantic rosy pink lip.
As soon as Erica saw her Stella York champagne-colored dress in the window at Bel Fiore, she knew she had to try it on. She wore a strapless fit-and-flare gown with intricate beading and a flowing chapel-length train.
Erica's processional was her favorite (super-romantic!) moment from her wedding day: Jon performed a song he wrote just for her as she walked toward him.
Jon wore a lavender boutonniere with subtle touches of green, with a burlap backdrop and hemp wrap to tie in the rustic theme.

Erica and Jon's ceremony programs were champagne colored, just like Erica's dress. Light blue script and a hemp bow added a casual touch.

Erica and Jon displayed their DIY wedding favors on tree branches with round hanging thank-you cards. In the center of each favor was a purple paper heart that, when planted, would grow lavender.
Eclectic vintage decor, such as oil lanterns, mason jars and picture frames paired with wooden pieces and touches of lavender and baby's breath lined the family-style dining tables. Each place setting had a gold charger and white napkin with a sprig of lavender to tie in the colors of the room.
