A Rustic Wedding at Bridger-Teton National Forest in Big Piney, Wyoming

Juli Andrews (21 and a nurse) and Mike Forrester (22 and an operator) met in college. “Mike's pick up line was asking me to set him up with a girl on the college basketball from my hometown,” Juli says. “I declined his request politely by asking him to go bunny hunting with me instead. Our first date was rabbit hunting and Ihop after. We were inseparable ever since. I think he knew he had a keeper when he found a girl who enjoyed hunting as much as he did.” Juli and Mike wanted an intimate, small-town wedding. They had an outdoor ceremony at the Bridger-Teton National Forest where they kept the decor simple because of the golden meadow and mountain-range backdrop. “We live in Big Piney, Wyoming,” Juli says. “The mountains are where we both feel most at home. There was a large wildfire that summer, but the spot we had chose was one of the only places that hadn't burned. It was absolutely beautiful.” They used coral and navy, Juli’s favorites, to accent their rustic wedding.
