A Rustic Woodland Wedding With a Bohemian Twist at Huddart Park in Woodside, California
Adventure-seekers Corrine Salge (26 and a fashion stylist) and Justin Sorensen (27 and a web designer) chose a wedding location that best suited their free-spirited personalities—smack in the middle of the woodlands at Huddart Park in Woodside, California. "I wanted the wedding to have a laid-back, warm feeling with a touch of bohemian," Corrine says. "My husband and I are enthusiastically adventurous, so we both imagined a woodland wedding with a low-key party surrounded by nature." Corrine felt like a proper princess in her ivory lace wedding dress designed by Marisa Bridals, combining her elegant attire with a pair of brown boots for some rustic flair. Corrine and Justin had their ceremony underneath a canopy of redwood trees, with a white lace backdrop that flowed in the breeze. The dining table centerpieces represented the bohemian, natural style of the day incredibly—ranging from moss, twigs and gold deer figurines arranged on bark pieces, to vintage glass vases filled with burgundy dahlias on top of wooden slabs. We couldn't help but notice the teepee made of gorgeous white lace linens, topped with rustic antlers and vibrant blooms that served as a hangout spot for guests.
