A Scenic Brunch Wedding at Couloir in Teton Village, Wyoming

When Brent Humphrey (50 and a chief financial officer) and Corey Benedict (53 and a district manager) decided to marry, they immediately thought of Jackson Hole, Wyoming. “We both share a love for the simple grandeur of the West, and Jackson Hole has been our go-to place for many years,” Brent says. “We could think of no place better in the world than our favorite spot at 9,095 feet above sea level in Teton Village at the top of the Bridger Gondola at Couloir.” Brent and Corey planned a four days of activities for their 40 guests, including cocktail hours and locally catered meals at the Four Seasons Teton Village and Teton Pines Country Club. After saying their vows in Teton Village, Brent and Corey served their guests brunch and mountaintop views, then took them out to explore more of the region. “After the postceremony brunch, we took our guests whitewater rafting for the afternoon down the Snake River, courtesy of Barker Ewing Whitewater,” Brent says. Guests headed home after the wedding weekend with engraved copper corkscrews and a bundle of great memories. —Carolyn Meers
