A Simple, Outdoor Wedding at Front Porch Farms in Charlotte, Tennessee

Kathryn Clubb (23 and a sales associate) and Brandon Mulcahy (25 and a franchise-business associate) took the outdoor wooden space at Front Porch Farms in Charlotte, Tennessee, and turned it into the vibrant fairy-tale wedding they had imagined. Frozen Exposure Photography and Cinematography captured all the magical moments, from the ceremony overlooking the lush forests to the pavilion reception where bright turquoise and green colors flooded the space. Kathryn and Brandon wanted their wedding day to reflect them. Kathryn described the theme as "a gentle, bright, refreshing fairy tale." She wore a beautiful lace dress by Allure Romance that had a relaxed mermaid silhouette, a high neckline and cascading buttons down the entire back. Kathryn knew exactly how she wanted the bridesmaids' dresses to look, so she took on the responsibility of designing them herself. With help from A Special Touch Bridal, she designed the bright turquoise chiffon dresses with high necklines and empire waists, reflecting her own gown. Kathryn and Brandon decided to keep their wedding's decor simple, allowing the natural setting of the Front Porch Farms to shine. "The venue and God's beautiful nature did most of the decorating for us," Kathryn says. Making their day even more special, Kathryn and Brandon decided to serve their guests their buffet-style dinner, enabling them to speak individually with each attendee. "This also cut way down on people wanting to come up to us throughout the night," Kathryn says. "It made them feel special and let us connect on a level that we would not have been able to do otherwise."
