A Simple, Rustic Wedding at Punta Norte in Summerland, British Columbia

Nicole Haslock (23 and a photographer) and Ben Stringer's (28 and a lifeguard and recreation administrator) simple, rustic wedding theme was inspired by their location at the Punta Norte resort in Summerland, British Columbia. "We chose Punta Norte because of the Mexican feel it had," Nicole says. "My dad really wanted us to get married in Mexico, so this was the best of both worlds. It was close to home, but it made you feel like were in Mexico." From there, the couple chose a cactus green, ivory, gold and eggplant purple palette, with simple, rustic decor like the centerpiece arrangements of baby's breath in mason jars wrapped in burlap and lace.
