A Summery Wedding at Rose Bank Winery in Newtown, Pennsylvania

Jaryn Proto (27 and an art teacher) and Mark Proto (28 and a machinist) had a rustic, summer wedding at Rose Bank Winery in Newtown, Pennsylvania. They chose the venue because it allowed them to have their ceremony and reception in one place, and because of its gorgeous barn. To decorate their wedding, Jaryn and Mark chose a palette of mint, gray, gold and peach. Their wedding party look embodied these colors, with Mark and his groomsmen in gray suits and the one-shoulder mint bridesmaid dresses. Jaryn herself wore a striped organza Hayley Paige number, and she and her bridesmaids all carried bouquets of peach garden roses, pink astilbes, dusty miller and hypericum berries. These bouquets beautifully matched the wooden arch at the outdoor ceremony, which was decorated with a garland of pink and ivory flowers. The reception had no shortage of eye-catching flower arrangements, with silver vase centerpieces filled with ivory roses, dusty miller and astilbes. Even the naked wedding cake was topped with pretty peach garden rose blooms. Jaryn and Mark incorporated a lot of playful details into their wedding, like the glittery gold trim escort cards, the glass Coke bottle and temporary tattoo wedding favors and the DIY poster guest book. And because their wedding took place the day before Independence Day, the couple had Fourth of July-themed games at cocktail hour, like oversize red, white and blue Jenga and a rustic, USA-themed photo booth.
