LeAnna (21 and a retail associate) and Matthew (24 and in graphic design and marketing) Miller were introduced through a church youth group, but really started bonding at a youth camping trip. Matthew proposed just ten months later on Christmas Eve at his family's pond. When deciding on their wedding venue, they knew they wanted a traditional church wedding near Matthew's parents' house so that guests would not have far to commute to the reception. The ceremony was held at Light in the Valley Chapel in Walnut Creek, Ohio with a casual tented reception at the same family pond where Matthew had proposed. "This location has a special place in both of our hearts and was a natural decision," Matthew explains. The wedding day was especially warm, so guests were able too cool off under a large white tent and enjoy mint tea refreshments along with a barbecue dinner of grilled chicken, potatoes, and green beans. The tent itself was minimally decorated with romantic string lights, daisy centerpieces, and rustic wooden signs directing guests around the venue. After dinner, LeAnna and Matthew served either chocolate Ho-Ho cake or strawberry Bavarian cake with ice cream for a cool evening treat. The entire wedding day was inspired by a simple and modern sensibility, including the wedding fashion. LeAnna wore a timeless 3/4 sleeve sheath wedding dress and a sleek updo adorned with a headband and doily hair accessory. For an extra special element, LeAnna and Matthew drove to and from the wedding in a vintage red 1968 Camaro to celebrate their day in style.

The bride wore her hair in a timeless updo with a thin headband and a doily hair accessory pinned over her hair instead of a traditional veil. She wore neutral makeup and accessorized minimally with a simple white watch.

The groom and his groomsmen wore black tuxedoes with teal ties for a bright pop of color. They also sore yellow and white daisy boutonnieres to match the bouquets.
LeAnna carried a natural-looking white and yellow bouquet featuring beautiful daisies. The bouquet was wrapped in a swatch of satin that was embellished with rhinestones.
The flower girls wore short sleeve dresses with teal sashes to match the groomsmen's ties. They also wore white floral hair accessories to tie into the daisy flower arrangements.
LeAnna and Matthew created rustic wooden signs decorated with white balloons to guide their guests around the tented reception.
Centerpieces incorporated white vases filled with white and yellow daisies and painted wooded signs with simple expressions. Teal table runners contrasted with the bright yellow table numbers and warm yellow string lights to match the color scheme.
LeAnna and Matthew got married under a three-peak tent in Matthew's family's pond--the same place where Matthew proposed! Inside, string lights draped across the tent and long reception tables held golden yellow place mats with dark navy linens and sparkly napkin rings for elegant place settings.
At the reception, guests enjoyed cheese and crackers, grapes, and mint tea before a more formal meal. The warm wedding day was perfect for an outdoor barbecue for guests to dine on salad, grilled chicken, ranch potatoes, and Greek green beans.
The tiered white wedding cake was decorated with daisies, black ribbon, and a sparkly heart cake topper. Guests could choose from either chocolate Ho-Ho cake or strawberry Bavarian cake served with a selection of ice cream.
