A Timeless White Wedding at the Four Seasons in Dallas, Texas

Aimee Hoyer (30 and a physician) and Nick Macpherson (28 and a physician) had a beautiful, classic wedding over Fourth of July weekend in Dallas. Since so many of their guests were traveling from afar, the couple wanted to make it worth their while. "We wanted a venue where our out-of-town guests could enjoy the holiday weekend. From the pools to the golf course to the spa, the Four Seasons Las Colinas was the perfect setting," says Aimee. For the sake of convenience, the bridal luncheon, rehearsal dinner and reception were all hosted at the Four Seasons, and the couple's evening nuptials were held at Perkins Chapel. Emily Clarke Events made sure the decor was simple but striking—very "Town & Country," according to Aimee—and it was all expertly captured by Sarah Kate Photography. Aimee and Nick had wanted a tented wedding but opted for an indoor reception because of the Texas heat, so they brought the garden indoors, with lush centerpieces, natural greenery and towering trees. "Working with our florist, Cesar, was a dream, and he instantly got what we were trying to do," said Aimee. "The black-and-white checkered dance floor finished off the timeless look."
