A Traditional, Bold Indian Wedding at SmogShoppe in Los Angeles, California
Madhvi Rajani (27 and a graphic designer and owner of The Geofilter Shop) and Daniel Samimi's (27 and an account manager for an entertainment media company) three-day wedding was as much a celebration of their Indian culture as it was of their love. “We felt the bright color scheme and florals added to the already awe-inspiring surroundings." Embroidered umbrellas hung from the ceiling, while orange and pink arrangements topped a mix of square and circular tables. “We loved the rustic-romantic style of our venue and how intimate it felt,” Madhvi says. “The space made it easy for everyone to be a part of our ceremony." The two made it official under a mandap with an ombré-inspired installation of suspended pink carnations.
