A Traditional Wedding at The Italian Club of Tampa in Tampa, Florida
Amy Azzarelli (33, an even sales manager) and Christopher (Chris) Saba (29, an attorney) met on a Disney cruise while they were vacationing with their families. At the time, the couple lived three hours away from each other. Chris lived in Jacksonville, Florida, while Amy was in Tampa, Florida, but the two continued to see each other. “After dating for about 8 months, we knew this was the real deal - the stuff Disney dreams are made of,” says Amy. Chris proposed with a ceylon sapphire ring and moved to Tampa two weeks later. In another eight months, they had a classic elegance themed wedding decorated in shades of pink, white, gold and black. Amy and Chris were married at Our Lady of Perpetual Help in Tampa, Florida. “We both have a love for all things historical, so I knew that it would have to be in the historical Ybor City district of Tampa, Florida,” says Amy. The couple had a traditional ceremony before taking a short walk to their reception. “The reception was three brick roads away at the Italian Club of Tampa, founded over 100 years ago,” says Amy. The couple and their 215 guests celebrated with a buffet style dinner and dancing throughout the night. “The dance floor was overflowing with people, which was our dream come true!” says Amy.
