A Vintage Art Deco Wedding at Bimbo's 365 Club in San Francisco, California

Marika Kontoudakis (30, a videographer) and Nicky Bryant (26, a search engine marketing manager) met each other at a bar around the time of the New Year and instantly hit it off, taking pictures with each other in a photo booth by the end of the night. They started to date after intitially meeting and over three years later, Nicky proposed to Marika with his great grandmother’s ring on the beach during a weekend getaway. The couple chose Bimbo’s 365 Club, one of the oldest nightclubs in San Francisco, California for their art deco-themed wedding. Since Marika and Nicky met so close to the New Year, they decided to incorporate the celebratory holiday into their wedding decor with a gold and silver color palette. The bride wore a vintage-inspired Pronovias dress with elegant draping, accented with beads and crystals. Nicky wore a black fitted tuxedo with a white pocket square and black diamond-tipped bow tie to compliment the classic look the couple was going for. Of course, there was a photo booth at the wedding for guests to take pictures in and then get added to the guest book. The wedding was truly a reflection of the couple, from when they met leading up to their wedding day.
