A Whimsical Barn Wedding at Greene County Historical Museum in Waynesburg, Pennsylvania
When a wedding photographer gets married, you know her wedding is going to be gorgeous. Angie Brandon (26 and a photographer) and Jason Brandon (33 and in health care) delivered: Their rustic DIY wedding with a whimsical twist was full of inspiration. The couple chose the barn at Greene County Historical Museum in Waynesburg, Pennsylvania, as their venue. White draping and string lights hung from the wooden beams for an airy look, and a crystal chandelier hung above the sweetheart table. The space was set up with long, white tables and picnic-style seating for the event. Gold candelabras topped with pink flower arrangements decorated the tables for a vintage touch. Shabby-chic decorative accents were offset by modern pink signage on the welcome table and sweetheart table. The dessert display was arranged on a wagon cart with antique cake stands for a country-chic edge. It included an arrangement of cupcakes alongside a pretty blush wedding cake with lace details. The wedding party look was airy and romantic, with Jason in a light gray tux and a pink bow tie and the bridesmaids in mix-and-match knee-length blush dresses. Angie herself wore a stunning Casablanca gown with lace overlay, beading and tulle cap sleeves. Mariia Berezina Photography beautifully captured the day—see more, below.
