A Whimsical Garden Wedding at Boojum Tree Hidden Garden in Phoenix, Arizona
Boojum Tree Hidden Garden in Phoenix, Arizona, is an amazing venue that brings the jungle to the desert and provides a lush, romantic spot for a wedding. That’s why it was perfect for Jessica Traynor (26 and an assistant office manager) and Jeffrey Traynor (23 and a professional photographer and videographer) on their special day. “It has a rustic cantina feel with the essence of a beautiful garden all around,” Jessica says. They accented the venue’s greenery with hues of purple and yellow with undertones of gray and burlap to go with the brighter shades. Jessica and Jeffrey kept everything about their wedding comfortable and casual, including their own fashions: Jessica wore a pretty Maggie Sottero A-line wedding dress with a lavender sash to match her bridesmaid dresses, and Jeffrey and his groomsmen wore button-up shirts and suspenders. Era Provenzale created incredible, slightly undone flower arrangements—there were even cacti in Jessica’s bouquet! The highlight of the evening? Jessica says the photo booth stole the show. She and Jeffrey kept all other formal activities to a minimum, just so they could spend as much time as possible with their guests.
