A White and Blue Winter Wedding at The Crystal Plaza in Livingston, New Jersey

Complete with a snowflake ice sculpture and eye-catching florals, Haeri Lee (29 and in advertising) and Adam Weinstein’s (29 and a territory manager at Aruba Networks) winter wedding was filled with whimsical details. The couple started their white and blue celebration with a Jewish and Catholic ceremony at The Crystal Plaza lined in white flower petals. A white fabric-draped chuppah accented with hydrangeas housed Haeri and Adam as they shared  personal vows and broke the glass. Afterward, Haeri, Adam and their wedding party snuck away for a few pictures with Mikkel Paige Photography as their guests headed toward the ballroom. An elaborate escort card display designed by Adam Leffel Productions greeted them at the entrance. Pear branches extended from an base of white hydrangeas, roses and tulips as rows of blue place cards lined the table. The couple's centerpieces were just as eye-catching. Bunches of baby’s breath resembled snow on 12 tables as pear branches with hanging tea light candles filled the rest. Another detail we love was their four-tier white wedding cake. Baked by the venue's pastry chef, each red velvet tier was covered in a whimsical piped leaf design or simple white fondant as large roses accented its base. After dessert, all finished off the night with a traditional Hora and a few tunes from the Hank Lane Band. Haeri shares a tip: “Always remember that the wedding is about you and your fiancé. There may be stressful times throughout the process, but if you always remember why and who you’re doing it all for it will become less stressful.”
