A Winter-Inspired Ballroom Wedding at The Union Club in Cleveland, Ohio

This winter-inspired wedding welcomed guests into the elegant ballroom space with warm candlelight, snowflake decor and a romantic color palette of ivory, blush, champagne and gold. Grace Kesic (24 and a classroom behavior specialist) and Dan Call (24 and a hospital account specialist) were won over by The Union Club in Cleveland, Ohio, thanks to the warm interior created by high ceilings, wood architecture and a gorgeous center staircase. At the traditional church ceremony, lush arrangements of pastel-colored roses and hydrangeas decorated the altar; similar arrangements were placed in tall gold candelabras atop the white dining tables at the reception. Imagen Photography captured all the details of the day. Snowflake accents were seen throughout the wedding decor—from the outside walkway lined with lit snowflakes to the crystal snowflakes on the ivory-and-gold escort cards, and even the snowflake glass mugs packaged in boxes with the same wintry design, all with the help of Kirkbrides Wedding Planning & Design. What really caught our attention was the archway hanging over the sweetheart table, designed by their florist, Blooms by Plantscaping. “They constructed a birch trunk and branch arch with crystal orbs and candles hanging over the table,” Grace says.
