A Winter Wonderland Wedding at Seattle Marriott Waterfront in Seattle, Washington

Parris Ancheta (22, a licensed veterinary technician) was asked by Dustin Yarrington (23, a sales representative) Parris to the Homecoming dance while they were in high school, and since then knew there was something very special between them. For the next five years they dated, and one day Dustin took Parris to the pier on the Seattle waterfront during sunset. As Parris turned to face Dustin, he was down on one knee with an engagement ring. The couple was married at the Seattle Marriott Waterfront, located right across the street from their where they Dustin proposed. Their winter wonderland themed wedding was decorated in charcoal gray and ivory, accented with sparkles and tree candles. Parris and her bridesmaids held lush ivory rose bouquets down the aisle while the men had single ivory rose boutonnieres pinned to their jackets. The bridal gown was ivory with a sweetheart neckline and buttons down the back of the dress. Guests each received a box at their table, filled with candy and topped with a sparkly snowflake that had the couple’s initials. “Dustin and I had two years to plan our wedding, which was so helpful,” says Parris. “We got a little bit done at a time and leading up to our big day, so we were fairly stress free. We advice everyone to take your time, relax, and enjoy every moment because it really does all go so fast.”
