An Earthy, Autumn Wedding at the Prallsville Mill near New Hope, Pennsylvania
Jenna Seuffert (30, accountant) and Joe Schwoyer (37, construction manager) met online. Their first date was supposed to be dinner and a movie, but they ended up skipping the movie because their conversation was going so well. Four years of dating later, they decided to buy a home together. While going through old boxes in the attic of their new home, Joe passed Jenna a small box which he claimed to have just found. Jenna opened it to find an engagement ring, and said yes. Joe and Jenna had a traditional Quaker ceremony at the historic Solebury Friends Meeting House in New Hope, Pennsylvania. Following in the Quaker tradition, all of their guests signed the marriage certificate while enjoying apple cider, cider donuts and harp music. Their reception was at the historic venue of Prallsville Mill in nearby Stockton, New Jersey. Jenna and Joe’s fall wedding was true to the season, with earthy decor like wood slab centerpieces, mini white pumpkin escort cards and pine cone accents. Jenna’s bouquet consisted of seed pods, chrysanthemums and dried flowers, which she carried while wearing an A-line lace wedding dress with boots. Jenna and Joe’s fall wedding was lovely with its natural tones and earthy accents.
