An Elegant Southern Wedding at Keswick Hall in Keswick, Virginia

Kelsey Price (24 and a marketing specialist) and William Barker (25 and a sales consultant) designed their wedding to be a perfect mix of Virginian elegance and Georgia warmth. They incorporated everything "peach" into their Southern style as a nod to Atlanta, Georgia, Kelsey's hometown. The stationery was peach, the bridesmaid dresses were peach, even the groomsmen wore peach cummerbunds with their black tuxedos. To top it off, Kelsey and William used actual peaches for the escort cards! Keswick Hall, a Charlottesville-area mansion, was the perfect backdrop for the bright summer wedding. Kelsey and William held their reception in a large open-air tent on the mansion's patio, which boasts stunning vistas of the surrounding wine country. Inside the tent, the couple kept their decor simple with crisp, white dining tables and brown chiavari chairs. Our favorite detail? For the focal point of the space, Southern Blooms by Pat's Floral Design created a breathtaking pergola over the length of the farmhouse-style head table that was decorated with peach garden roses, vines and lush greenery. "It made it feel like our wedding took place in a garden," Kelsey says. Soiree Events helped out with the planning process, and Dominique Attaway Photography was there to capture the day.
