Four months was all it took for Carly Turkus (34 and works in financial services) and Jackie Hampton (42 and also works in financial services) to pull off the ultimate garden celebration at their favorite neighborhood restaurant, Faun. "Faun is a place that’s incredibly special to us,” Jackie says. “We tried to keep the entire weekend warm and authentic to us." The pair kicked off the festivities with welcome drinks at Ode to Babel in Prospect Heights. The following afternoon, Carly and Jackie wed in a Jewish ceremony officiated by a female rabbi. Carly carried lavender in her bouquet, while Jackie’s boutonniere boasted blue thistle and a sprig of rosemary. The newlyweds wrapped up the weekend with a “rooftop recovery brunch.” “We created a Spotify playlist, hooked up a speaker and just ate, drank and got really merry,” Jackie says.
