An Intimate Wedding at Maggiano's in McLean, Virginia
Jessica Neff (35 and a learning center coordinator) and Jason Kocher (34 and in the military) wanted an intimate wedding. They decided to get married at their church, Capital Life Church in Arlington, Virginia. "Our wedding was a small family gathering and we wanted its location to reflect that simplicity," Jessica says. "Our church family is our second family, and by having the service at our church we kept the focus on us and on God." The couple kept their wedding day looks simple and elegant. Jason wore a gray suit with a bright blue tie and a coral rose boutonniere. Jessica wore a vintage-style, knee-length lace Alfred Angelo dress, which featured an illusion neckline and cap sleeves. She styled her hair up in a chignon to showcase her dress's keyhole back. "The dress I wore was the first and only short dress I tried on, and I loved it," she says. To add a pop of color, she carried a vibrant bouquet of pink and red gerbera daisies, sunflowers and coral roses. After the ceremony, Jessica and Jason celebrated with their guests at Maggiano's in McLean, Virginia. Ginny Filer Photography captured the day.
