An Intimate Wedding at The Addison in Boca Raton, Florida

Rather than choosing one style, Danielle Daily (28 and a police officer) and Christian Crawford (42 and a police officer) filled their intimate wedding with simple, vintage and fun details. Poirier Wedding Photography was there to capture the day as it started with an all-white ceremony surrounded by two 100-year-old banyan trees and ended with an indoor reception at The Addison. The couple’s florist accented their wedding while also complementing the natural lighting at the reception, with bright low arrangements. During the ceremony, the only added decor was Danielle's bouquet. She paired her champagne and silver-detailed wedding dress with a full pink rose arrangement for a pop of color. Inside their venue, silver-detailed linens were accented with pink rose flower petals and simple centerpieces. Each included pink roses in the middle of two white hydrangeas in a tall breakaway vase. Another standout was the couple’s wedding cake. Baked by a local Publix, the two-tiered ivory confection was decorated with a delicate piping and a few pink accents. Rose blooms surrounded the top tier as pink flower petals were spread along the base of the display. For a fun twist on a traditional topper, Danielle and Christian placed a rhinestone-accented “C” behind a bride-and-groom decoration on the smallest tier. For future couples, Danielle shares a tip: “Have fun and remember it's your wedding. Don't get into fights with your hubby over wedding details and him not being involved. To be honest, he will be happy with whatever you choose.”
