Fall-Inspired Soup Bar
In going along with the fall theme, the couple’s wedding dinner was a soup bar with different options (chicken and wild rice, tomato, French onion, Albondigas (Mexican meatball), white chili and pumpkin soup with honey and ginger). “We wanted something uncommon for wedding food and felt that soup would be perfect given the time of year,” Nic says. The soup was served in hand-stamped crates—which doubled as favors—created by the talented couple.
