Lake Geneva Wedding Ceremony

The Abbey Resort in Fontana, Wis. checked all of Amanda and Matthew’s boxes. Amanda had dreamed of an outdoor wedding and the resort’s ceremony site with a charming gazebo overlooking the marina seemed like the perfect spot to exchange vows. The site’s long history and unbeatable location on the shores of Lake Geneva were other alluring details, as well as the resort’s destination feel. “We wanted a unique venue that wasn't entirely right in our back yard,” says Amanda. “Most guests traveled less than an hour to the wedding.”
