Nature Took Center Stage at This Rustic Wedding at Big Bend National Park in Texas

Nature is a big part of the relationship Jacy Rader (30 and a mental health therapist) and Matthew Glenn (35 and an attorney) share. The couple’s first date involved building garden boxes and planting summer squash. Then, a year into dating, the twosome took a trip to Big Bend National Park to hike the Chisos Mountains. Big Bend National Park is, “a special place where you can experience the vastness of nature and feel small, which makes it special to be there with the one you love,” Matt says. There, off a secret trail that led to a stunning waterfall, the proposal took place. So naturally, trekking back down to the park was a must for the couple’s nuptials.
