Lauren and Dan considered a destination wedding or a city hall shindig, but they ultimately decided on a New York City soiree that let the couple celebrate with all their family members and friends. “We had it in the New York City area because it was important to us that Dan’s 94-year-old Grandma Rita be there,” Lauren says. Battello offered the intimate feel the couple were after, with incredible food and views of the Manhattan skyline. “High ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows and the most amazing view—we were sold,” Lauren says.
