Spring Brooklyn Botanic Garden Outdoor Ceremony
As a way of honoring their families’ traditions, Khai picked Justina up from her parents’ house on the way to the ceremony. Upon arrival at their home, Khai was put through a series of “door games,” a tradition where the family of the bride has the groom and his groomsmen perform tests of wit and strength before allowing them to enter the house and receive the bride. “A lot of fun was had by all and it really helped to break the ice between our friends who had not already met,” Justina says.
