"To find our flatware, we sat down with our caterer and talked about what we were going to have on our day," Dani says. "Our caterer said, 'I love that you guys want to be more sustainable' and offered these like bamboo and wooden plates, knives, forks and spoons. It was better for us to know that with everyone throwing them away, though the impact is not perfect, it is a lot better than what it would have been if it was just plastic."
