A wedding planner was hired to handle the stressful stuff, and a gold, green, and mango color scheme emerged to set the tone for the event. Ivory invitations with gold lettering and gold-lined envelopes with gold, hand-calligraphed addresses announced the occasion to wedding guests, and the bridesmaids wore iridescent gold taffeta dresses by Lazaro, which featured gold and bronze roses on the back. The groomsmen accented their Tommy Hilfiger tuxedos with ties made from extra gold fabric ordered from Lazaro.
