Piper and Jim wanted to plan a fun destination wedding that would make a great getaway for their friends and families. Piper’s parents, who had vacationed at Lake Las Vegas, suggested it for the wedding. “It had everything we were looking for -- endless sunshine, great golf, restaurants, and shops, and of course all the diversions and nearby attractions Las Vegas is famous for,” the bride says. Guests were welcomed to their Vegas vacations with gift baskets that included mini bottles of champagne, chocolate dice, and Vegas-themed playing cards.
