This Couple Filled 701 Whaley in Columbia, South Carolina, With Shades of Purple
Chloe and Aldric mark their love in greenery. It all began when the pair met at a St. Patrick’s Day event, surrounded by clovers. After a woodsy engagement photo session, the couple realized the shade could also influence their wedding design.“We saw photos of usenclosed in trees and itwas amazing,” Chloe says. “We chose airy shades of green.” Aldric designed the stationery, and he even tucked a few clovers into the illustrations. “We wanted to represent our start,” he says. Chloe and Aldric slipped into their dancing shoes for the reception, trading in fancy footwear for custom high-top Converse. Aldric chose light gray, while Chloe rocked purple, of course. After a buffet-style dinner of country barbecue favorites, including pulled pork, fried chicken and mac and cheese, Chloe, Aldric and their guests ate slices of marble cake decorated with a fondant shamrock pattern in honor of the couple’s St. Patty’s Day meeting.
