Christina and Jason escaped to the West Texas desert for an intimate wedding with loved ones. "I love the desert feel that West Texas has to offer. I did not have a specific theme or color palette in mind at first, but I wanted the colors to compliment the scenery that surrounded us," shares Christina. The wedding's decor was selected, "to complement the desert scenery overlooking a lake with mountains in the background," says the bride. Cedar accents, mauve silk table runners and a custom wooden photo booth backdrop added to the day's rustic-meets-bohemian vibe.

"A highlight of the day was riding up to the historical mausoleum atop the closest mountain—Jason and Christina each on their own horse. Together they chased the sun all the way back down to the venue, joining their friends and family for a feast at a long table in the great room," their photographer shares.
