Vintage Garden Wedding at Heritage Park Historical Village in Calgary, Alberta

Heritage Park Historical Village in Calgary, Alberta, was the perfect location for Kelly (31 and a wedding coordinator and floral designer) and Todd Bulmer's (31 and a machinist) wedding day. The historic town is a time capsule of life from the 1860s to the 1940s—an era both love so much. Inspired by the evening romance and casual vintage charm from the film "Midnight in Paris," Kelly and Todd tried to capture that same romantic, easygoing 1920s style. A spring color scheme of lush greens accented by brass, blues and yellows ran throughout the day. The couple were married under an old ash tree on the Prince House lawn, in front of a small gathering of friends and family, to the sounds of a Parisian accordionist playing "La Vie en Rose." Afterward they surprised their guests with a vintage Ferris wheel, just a quick stroll across the cobblestones, led by their accordionist. From there they all walked to the Heritage Park train station for the reception, where three large tables topped with spring arrangements of peonies, roses, freesia and scabiosa and groupings of homemade terrariums, vintage books and candles waited. —Meghan Overdeep
