Please submit your RSVP no later than Thursday, August 1st, 2024, as a courtesy to our amazing vendors.

Unfortunately, we are only able to accommodate those guests listed on your official wedding invitation. If you have received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP.

Invitations are specific and will include the names of those who are invited. We encourage you to use this evening as a Date Night for yourselves! We wish we could include them all, but due to limited venue seating we are only able to accommodate kiddos from our families.

We kindly request "semi-formal" or "dressy casual" attire - no jeans please :) The ceremony and reception areas are shaded within the barn, however, there will be no air conditioning. Please consider ways to keep cool when choosing your outfit.

The ceremony and reception will be held within the same venue in different locations of the barn. The address is: 9316 West National Road New Carlisle, OH 45344

Please arrive at least 15-20 minutes prior to the ceremony start time. Carter promised me he would be early, so everything should run on time...

The couple has hired a FABULOUS team of photographers and videographers. Please leave phones in pockets and purses to let them work their magic and just enjoy!

Get yourself (and your wallet) ready for an auction! There will be lots of fun things to bid on. Cash and venmo both accepted!

There is a pond in the backyard. NO adults or children are permitted to fish, swim, or bathe in the pond. Please be respectful of the Venue's request.

Rest assured that you will NOT be leaving hungry. If you know the Thomas family, you already know...

The couple wants you to remember all the fun that has been extensively planned... As we do not drink ourselves, we have chosen a DRY wedding. You can still be sober and have fun, we promise!

Smoking and vaping are not permitted on the venue premises. If you must, please find a designated area.
