It all started in May of 2022 at a church retreat. Abby was laughing with a friend about old commercials (yes, really), and Calvin—never one to miss a good nostalgia moment—jumped into the conversation. Sparks flew almost instantly.

The very next night, Abby asked Calvin to go on a walk. One hour later, they were deep in conversation about their faith, their dreams, and the kind of lives they hoped to build—lives centered on purpose, laughter, and God.

A few days later, Abby hosted a movie night and invited Calvin. From that point on, they were basically inseparable—always talking, always laughing, and always dreaming together.

Two and a half years later, over dinner at one of their favorite restaurants, Calvin got down on one knee and asked Abby to be his forever. (Spoiler: she said yes!)

Now, they’re counting down the days to December 12, 2025, when they’ll say “I do,” surrounded by the people they love and the faith that brought them together.
