Abbey and Ben first met in November of 2019. Although they attended the same high school, they did not have any communication with each other. In 2016 Ben signed a four-year contract to be in the Marine Corps while Abbey was graduating high school and then attending college. Early in the spring of 2019, Abbey and Ben connected over social media. They had their first date in November of 2019 and Ben asked Abbey to be his girlfriend about two weeks after. The first year of their relationship was long distance, due to Ben finishing his final year in the Marine Corps.


When Ben finally moved back home, he and Abbey were inseparable and spent nearly every day together. Fast forward to November of 2023: This is the year Ben proposed to Abbey! You may be catching on to the significance of the month November; started dating in November, engaged in November, and now they will be getting married in November of 2024. They are absolutely over the moon to be able to spend the rest of their lives together.
