Our story comes right out of a fairytale book as it was quite literally love at first sight. Alex & I first met at the wedding of our dear friends, Hannah and Cody. Alex stood by Cody as a groomsman, and I stood by Hannah as a bridesmaid. I remember the day like it was yesterday as I ran into the church late on Friday for rehearsal after making the 3 hour drive from Roanoke to South Hill. When I entered the church nervously, Alex looked me directly in my eyes and caught me by surprise. The evening continued with small talk and the rest of the weekend as well, even sharing a few dances on the dance floor. My mind was made up to not give this boy a chance, and I left for Roanoke Sunday morning with no thoughts back on Alex... or so I thought. I shortly learned he was no boy, instead a man that liked what he saw and wasn't going to stop trying until he got what he wanted, and well the rest is history.

We've endured a lot over the years together. We've learned. We've grown. & most of all we've completely fallen in love with one another.

We cannot wait to celebrate with our dearest family and friends and continue the chapters in our fairytale.
