Q + A

Will I be able to bring a plus one?

Due to the limited capacity of the venue, we ask that you do not bring a plus one if there was not a plus one added to your invitation- we are only provided so many chairs and need to use all of them!

What is the dress code?

Think if Easter or Christmas service was in the fall! "Sunday best" you could say. We want this to be an excuse to dress up and dress nice without feeling the pressure to buy anything new! We suggest the following attire: Women- Sundresses, any length. Something flowy and comfortable for a night of movement and dancing. Flats or wedges for the indoor and outdoor terrain. Men- Dress shirts and slacks or khakis; jacket is optional. Please refrain from wearing jeans. Keep in mind that this is both an indoor and outdoor event! You do not need to wear a specific color but if you are similar to the bride and enjoy a theme, the color pallet is full of orange, burgundy, blues and greens, and golden yellow hues. It will be October so think of the changing leaves!

Is it inside or outside?

The venue is a glass conservatory and an outdoor plaza. The ceremony and eating part of reception will be held indoors while dancing and the cocktail/ photo hour will be out doors in the plaza. There is not AC inside of the conservatory but there are fans that will be in use. Based on 2024, we expect the average temps at the time of the wedding to be in the mid to low 80s!

Will there be alcohol?

Soft drinks and water will be provided for the reception and guests will have a choice of Martinelli's or champagne for the toast. After the sendoff, the couple will return to continue celebrating and alcoholic beverages will be provided. Please plan accordingly if this is something you wish to partake in!

Is this an "unplugged" ceremony?

YES. Please refrain from taking your phone out for a photo or video during the ceremony. We have paid for a photographer and don't want to make their jobs harder by having to photoshop out phones from the photos. There will be an hour between the ceremony and reception for guests to explore the park and take as many photos as you want! We also encourage photos to be saved for during the reception if you feel you wish to document our day with us!
