Our Wedding

Aly and Tyler first met through Emmanuel Baptist Church when they were younger. Although they never spoke, soon after they would fall in love and decide to spend the rest of their life together. After crossing paths a few years later, they decided for their first date to be in Aly's dorm room with her friends trying to get as much homework done as possible. Instead, they played board games and left the homework for a different time. Overtime, their relationship blossomed. From learning about each other, to moving from the state they've always known, Aly and Tyler learned how to grow dependent on each other. One of Aly's favorite memories about her and Tyler was him moving up to be with her in South Dakota. The love and generosity that was brought through that tough decision told her that he was the one for her. One of Tyler's favorite memories of him and Aly was when they first met. That's it. That's all he told us. The proposal was nothing but expected out of these two. Running to the door to grab a box, Aly knew exactly what it was. As impatient as she is, she told him to get on a knee right away that she was tired of waiting. Smiling, Tyler got on his knee and asked her to marry him, standing in the kitchen, even though he had a completely different idea in mind that now wasn't able to turn out. She of course said yes, and then immediately ran into the room to start calling everyone.

Breanna is the sister of Aly Myers. Fulfilling her duties as a stay at home wife and mother, she is married to Joshua Hubbard and has a daughter, Chrissa Hubbard. Aly is incredibly grateful to have her sister as her maid of honor. She says there's nothing more special about having someone who knows you better than anyone else standing by your side on such an important day. Childhood memories, late-night talks and laughs that were shared, showed aly that Breanna was her constant, her confidant, and her biggest supporter. Knowing she'll be there through every step of this journey, not just as her sister, but as her right hand, means the world to Aly. She couldn't imagine this day without her.

Tyler chose Austin to be his best man because, even though their friendship grew quickly, it has grown into something strong and meaningful in a short time. From the start, they connected easily and built a bond that feels like it's been there for years. Tyler values the trust, laughter, and support Austin has brought into his life, and he knew he wanted him standing by his side on such an important day.

Jasmine is one of Aly's best friends. They met each other through work, working as the same position in surgery. Jasmine quickly became one of Aly's best friends, and it only feels right that she now stands beside her as a bridesmaid. Even though they've only known each other for a year, it didn't take long for their bond to grow into something deep and lasting. From the start, everyone around them could see the connection and knew Jasmine would become a lifelong friend. Her loyalty, support, and genuine heart have meant so much to Aly, and having her as part of this special day is just a reflection of the friendship they've built so quickly and so naturally.

Whether it’s celebrating life’s victories or helping him navigate the tough times, Nick’s loyalty and unwavering support have meant the world to Tyler. Their friendship is built on a foundation of trust, laughter, and shared experiences that Tyler will forever hold close. Grace holds a best friend position in Aly's life as well. Although she is living in Canada, their friendship never fails to stay constant. When Aly asked Grace to be her bridesmaid, it was a moment filled with excitement and meaning. Grace has a way of brining out Aly's fun, energetic side-the version of her that laughs a little louder and smiles a little brighter. From the beginning, their friendship felt natural, and it wasn't long before Grace became one of Aly's closest friends. Her vibrant spirit and unwavering positivity have been a constant light in Aly's life, making her an irreplaceable part of this special journey. Having Grace by her side is a reflection of the joy and connection they've shared since day one.

Chris is not only Tyler's brother but also one of his closest friends, making the decision to choose him as groomsman an easy one. Their bond has always been built on loyalty, laughter, and countless shared memories, and Tyler knew there was no one better to stand by his side on such an important day. Having grown up together and supported each other through every season of life, Chris represents both family and friendship, making his role as groomsman especially meaningful.

She’s not just a coworker turned friend—she’s someone who’s been there through it all, always offering a listening ear, a helping hand, and endless encouragement.
