The venue, Hard Rock Vallarta, is an all-inclusive resort. Once you arrive at the resort, all of your food, beverages, and entertainment will be included . You can play volleyball (pool or beach), take a zumba/yoga class by the pool, test your knowledge of trivia, or simply sit back, relax, and bask in the sun!

What dates should I plan on coming?
We reserved a 4 night room block for every guest. If you are planning on staying the minimum of 3 nights or more than 4 nights, you will need to contact us to receive a special link to register. The Standard 4-night room block begins on Wednesday, April 17th and ends with check out on Sunday, April 21st.

For shorter or longer stays, please contact us to arrange for a room block exception. 3 night minimum stay required, but who would want to leave after just 3 nights?
Can I book my room online through a 3rd party?
NO!!!!! We have a guaranteed best rate. Therefore, If you find a better rate on a third party site let us know so they can match it! We already put a deposit on each room in the block. They have guaranteed to match rates.
When do I pay for my room?
100% of the room charge is due at the time of booking.

1. The link will charge the total full amount of stay in double occupancy.
2. Guests are required to bring physically the credit card used to book upon check in.
3. Additional adults can be added when reserving through the link in double beds category. No children 4-12 or juniors 13-17 can be added. Those are paid upon check in. There can be no more than 3 adults in any room.
4. When guests book their rooms, a confirmation email will be sent to them .
They can make changes in their reservation via this email till 30 days prior to their arrival.

What is the refund policy?
Refunds:
Between 31-60 days prior to arrival- 50% refundable
30 days or less prior to arrival- Non-refundable
Should I bring extra money to tip the wait staff?
Tipping: You should bring enough cash to tip the wait staff for each meal and beverages. We found the normal tip amounts to be the following:
Breakfast: $3/pp
Lunch: $4/pp
Dinner: $5/pp
Drink service on the beach: $10 a day for a full day (Pay $5 up front and the staff will be happy to come back many times.
What do the rooms look like?
Simple answer- Amazing! Each room even has a jacuzzi tub right inside the main part of the room.

What are the room rates?
We have reserved a Deluxe Ocean View King or Double for each of our guests.
The prices are as follows:
Single: 421/night
Double: 448/night (224/pp per night)
Triple: 633/night (211/pp per night)
Children: under 4: free; 4-12: 82/night; 12-17:185/night
What is the weather going to be like?
The average temperatures for April in Puerto Vallarta are 85-90 degrees.
What is the attire?
Both the wedding and the reception will be outside. We suggest a sundress or light dress for women and khakis and a button up shirt for men. No suits. Shoes optional at the beach wedding but necessary at the reception.
Should I bring my gift to the wedding?
Attending a destination wedding is a small feat for which we are already incredibly grateful. We ask only for the gift of your presence. No other presents please.
Can I take pictures of the wedding ceremony?
Unless you are sitting in the back row at the ceremony, please don't take pictures. Everyone has traveled from long distances to see this special moment, please don't take away their view! As for the reception, get those cameras locked and loaded. There will be some memorable moments for sure!!!!
Do I need a passport?
YES!!! Please check your passport to make sure hat it doesn't expire within 6 months of departure. It takes 6-8 weeks to renew your passport without expediting the process for a fee. Don't delay. See Sarah and Ashley for a discussion of passport delay issues.
Make Dinner Reservations WHEN YOU ARRIVE!
We highly recommend you book your reservations for all nights (excluding Friday of course) right away.
The resort has four main restaurants:
· The Market: Amazing Buffet (no reservation required)
· Ciao: Italian (Reservations required)
· Ipanema: Brazilian Rodizio (Reservations required)
· Zen: Asian (Reservations required)
We are planning to eat at the following locations:
Wednesday Night: Ipanema (Brazilian Rodizio) at 7pm
Thursday Night: Ciao (Italian) at 7pm
Saturday Night: Zen (Asian) at 7pm
